Very Good We booked 2 rooms, in both the rooms, the bathrooms did not have a lock. Due to New Year's weekend, there were noices of people moving around all night. No hot water kettle in room, to boil water for kids. Rooms were clean. They provide daily room cleaning service. Breakfast was decent. Location is well connected with highways to go around Plano and Dallas. WiFi was good. The room has a microwave and refrigerator.
Very Good There were no signage that the room doesn’t get cleaned after certain time. Waffle maker doesn’t work properly. It took forever to get the batter into the cup. Need to update or upgrade. Property is clean and comfortable.
Exceptional Great location, easy to find. The parking lot had a lot of lighting and easy access to the hotel itself. The front staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in almost 2 hours early. Super clean facilities. Rooms were a great size and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here again.
As an overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s worth for the money. Very noisy AC and the breakfast was limited as variety. The room was clean and specious. The pillows and bed comfortable.
