My go to place for learn term visits. The storm caused the power to be out and we were on the third floor. The lights emergency lights did not work on the stairwell near our room. So when the fire alarms went off I could not see and twisted my knee going down the stairs. I usually travel with my little flash light. I think it was early in the morning and I was just disoriented. I want them to make sure those emergency lights work. I also wish they had a back up generator. I like the staff and the location. Exceptional
I had to have my card reactivated serveal times, and pillows were flat. On my checkout morning there were no carts avail The cart carrier wasn’t available when needed others had them in their rooms not using just so when they needed it was available for them. Please correct that matter it was hard making 5 trips to the room to get items to load. It appeared the front desk clerk showed no concern about the matter. Please get more carts It was handicap assessable and handicap parking
