We were there for a death in the family and going back to the room was clean and comfortable Well we arrived after a 12 hour drive and went to take a shower and there was no hot water At all we called the front desk and they had maintenance come up and within a half hour we had hot water but it was ok The staff was very helpful and courtesy

Very Good The breakfast could have been better. If it had, I would have given a 10. Unfortunately, the breakfast did let us down This is a very nice hotel for the price. If traveling through Plano again, I would definitely staff here. Clean, comfortable, quiet.
