A nice place to stay in! The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I informed the hotel by email that I'm arriving earlier than expected, and they replied that they will do their best to welcome me, but when we arrived (me and my son with only our backpacks) we asked the receptionist lady if we can wait in the reception until the time of check-in, and she said NO! and the reason was that they were having breakfast and according to her.. Ok The hotel is totally unresponsive. Couldn’t get anyone on the Booking chat. They did not share invoice. Decent hotel, decent breakfast.

Fantastic value for a hotel in Dallas. A/C unit wasn't working so the room was a little hot overnight. They replaced it the next day while we were out so we were fine the rest of the time. Breakfast was great although our first day they served sausage and never served it again after that. But everything else was tasty. Really liked the room amenities. Had more than we expected and definitely above average. Also liked that there was a gym so probably the best value for a hotel I've seen in a long time.
