Great location, nice room, too noisy. Construction on the floor…was not informed by the front desk. The workers’ radio was at full volume. Very disruptive. Room was clean and comfortable overlooking the pool.

Wonderful The ac in our room was so loud!super loud!!! I planned of changing rooms but its a hassle for us since my family and I are so tired already. THE AC IS LITERALLY SO LOUD! Please do something about it. Its my first time to deposit a hundred bucks too, usually its just 50. The hotel is dates but super clean. Staffs are so welcoming and considerate, allowed us to checkout late. Will definitely stay here again.
A nice place to stay in! The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I informed the hotel by email that I'm arriving earlier than expected, and they replied that they will do their best to welcome me, but when we arrived (me and my son with only our backpacks) we asked the receptionist lady if we can wait in the reception until the time of check-in, and she said NO! and the reason was that they were having breakfast and according to her.. Ok The hotel is totally unresponsive. Couldn’t get anyone on the Booking chat. They did not share invoice. Decent hotel, decent breakfast.
