Exceptional I didn't find anything that I didn't like. The front desk staff are so helpful. They try to accommodate your requests. And, do so very professionally. I think they are a hidden gem of the area.. The gentleman who checked me in was so helpful His name is Clyde. He's a keeper!

inexpensive hotel in great north Dallas/ Plano location it has gotten a little shabby. I’ve stayed here a few times a year for over twenty years when I visit Dallas. our bathtub was scratched and looked dirty ( it wasn’t dirt, it had worn through the enamel). the overall feel of the rugs, furniture and bedding was old. I found the breakfast to be fair- overcooked scrambled eggs, toast and muffins, only oranges as fresh fruit. yogurt was good. coffee was good.
