very welcoming and simple BNB experience nothing clean

Convenient and standard stay. Breakfast was less than average. Rooms were clean, minimal and very standard room.
Great place to stay. Pool opened at 10 am, which could have been earlier because my daughter wanted to swim earlier than that. Also would have been nice to have one extra laundry bag in the room. Self serve breakfast was great. Staff were nice. Facilities clean and quiet.

Exceptional The dryer didn't work, the laundry facilities were not working and using the heater gave a burning smell which set off the alarm in the room. I liked everything about the hotel.
