Good Bed was soft and very bouncy. Lighting was limited to lamps in main room area. Bathroom kind of dingy. Liked the pet friendly option. Liked the size of the room.
Very Good The dining area temperature was hot during breakfast. The front desk called our room to make sure everything was ok! Very impressive customer service!

Great location!!! (UNT) It was a male staff speaking very rude to someone over the phone. I think he was making the female staff uncomfortable. He didn't check me but I just observed that. Close to UNT; was there for a graduation.

Exceptional More comfortable bed. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean, the little notes from the house keeping was adorable, the stay was very nice. Bed was not as comfortable as we are used to, with staying in nicer hotels, but it was ok.
Good Parking was not available. Had to wait for someone to leave so I could park and get to my room.
