Good Getting to this property from the south is really problematic. The road construction all around has resulting in broken curbs, potholes, washboard pavement, and bad traffic, and driving across such obstacles in a passenger car rather than an offroad vehicle is really unpleasant and nerve-wracking. Getting to the property from the north, or leaving it, is much easier and better because of the (one-way) frontage road. ONE NIGHT ONLY HOTEL There was no hot water in the room (lukewarm); bed was very hard and lumpy pillows could really use an update; there was gunk on the wall that made the room feel unclean and old; iron board needs to be replaced (old and rusty); tiles in restroom were loose; toilet barley flushed. Convenient location near UNT The shower wouldn't get hot. The bath would get warm, but if you turn on the shower head the water stayed cold. Hot breakfast included. Big bathroom. Staff was very nice and accommodating!

Exceptional I had zero complaints! Really good experience, easy to find, abundance of places to eat just up the access road and to the East, little road noise (considering the hotels Registrationlocation that was unexpected) roomwas very comfortable and best of all my four legged travel companion, Max, was absolutely welcome!
