Ann that serves the breakfast was very hospitable and accomodating I did not like the clacking noise in the bathroom . The breakfast service and the front desk people Kayla and Antonio were very hospitable.
Good place to stay! The shower head in the top floor room, at end of the north side of hall was 80% clogged. The volume of water from the head was very low, with limited pressure. Please replace the head. Staff--everyone was great and took good care of our puppy.
Good Convenience
Home away from home The pillows. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and central to the places I needed to get to. Ms. Ann was a pleasant person to see at breakfast as well. She truly made the hotel guest feel as though we were at home. Experiencing customer service that great was the icing on the cake for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you Antonio, Sted and Ms. Ann for excellent, and friendly service.
Exceptional
La Quinta is our first choice, always We are loyal La Quinta guests. We know we get good value, but this LQ was special. Have to admit that the fresh new appearance and the fact that our elite status was honored with an upgrade only added to making this an even more pleasant experience.
Our stay was very comfy and nice, and clean! and the staff is very accommodating & nice I didnt like the pets in the hotel, I didnt have a problem with the fact its pet pets friendly, my problem was the room across from us , they left their dogs in the room while they went to breakfast, and the dogs started barking at 7am , they woke us up. i called the front desk , they called the room but the people wasnt in their room, an hour later they finally came back, and was surprised at the fact their dogs was barking since 7am, th... read more
