Pleasant The hallways smelled like wet dog and the whole place was very humid which made the smell worse. Also the cleaning products were very strong and hung around for hours. Staff was great and very friendly.

Nice 1-night stay with our fur babies There was no jacuzzi which should be changed in the description. We were disappointed. As mentioned above, the metal/fake wood headboards were noisy. The 3’ fake trees ‘planted’ around the outside of property look silly. Get some real trees. The room was a Queen double. The floors were fake hardwood, but nice. We didn’t like the metal head boards that hang on the wall and make noise every time you get out of bed. Other than that, the room was nice with extra pillows, microwave & fridge. ... read more

Was a good stay, Bathroom scent in my room didnt smell good, but the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good, facilities looked clean and professional.

Very Good Breakfast lounge area is small. Breakfast was good. Offered a variety of options. Clean spacious room with 2 TVs and a nice pull out couch. Streaming channel options.

Exceptional The bathtub appeared to have some mold on the caulk and the spigot was not flush with the wall. Hopefully it's in the process of being remodeled. Very clean throughout the hotel from the lobby, to the breakfast are, to the hallways and our room. The weekend staff member responsible for the breakfast area was very attentive to refilling food items, cleaning the food table and Items on the food table, and cleaning the tables after people dined at them.

No. We had no room service and ran out of coffee and toilet paper! Bfast was quite acceptable from food preparer. There was no lactose free milk.
