Unhappy with Booking.com. I will call the hotel next time to get a room. Booking.com got the reservation wrong and I called and changed it from a king room to two queens. Booking.com charged my account for an additional $7 plus to change the room. Got to hotel and it was not changed. I had to pay again an extra $20 plus to get the two queen beds. The cost was outrageous for this room after all the extra charges Nice location near many restaurants.

Our stay was generally pleasant Had to ask staff for tub stopper but he found one . Poor lighting in the rom. Convenient to interstate. Good beds
Pre Check-in online waste of time. You all make one the pre check in online.. but worthless. You have to do it all over again at the front desk. I understand. Ask for the ID again. It is OK for verification. The Pre Check-in is a waste of time.
Other than having to deal with that guy, it was a great stay The nighttime desk employee. Male in his 40s white… heavyset with freckles and chin length dark blonde Hair… it just felt like he had this superiority complex and literally looked down his nose at me, which irritated me. It was clean and well kept. The breakfast serve was very good andorganized well. The room I stayed in was clean.
Clean and quiet The breakfast was not good and we had an issue with water pressure in our room. It was quiet and clean with friendly staff.
