Exceptional customer service by every staff member from start to finish for a family event. Nothing! Everything was exceptional from checkin to check out and the delicious breakfast! Mr Webb and Jonathan checked me in Thursday evening and were so kind and helpful. Mr Webb went above and beyond with exceptional service when I tried to find something specific (cook some soup in the microwave). Super amazing would love to see more hotels like this! Everything was great Everything rooms were super clean smelled clean the housekeeping did an amazing job checking in on us! Would 100% recommend it. Breakfast was super yummy and had many options available

Very Good It's hard to get to off the highway The indoor pool was a plus for kids and it was close to UNT for a college visit
