Good Bed was slight higher and made getting on and off little difficult. Also, please consider adding better quality/quantity of shampoo-conditioner bottle in bathroom. Overall, it's okay. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious and clean n quiet.
ok The street going to the property was under construction and it was one way in front of the hotel. My gps brought me in below the one way and there was no way to get to the property without turning around and getting back on the interstate and guessing on how to work my way back to the hotel. Major pain in the butt.
Comfortable bed Everything was great! I always stay here when I travel to and from Texas.
Exceptional customer service by every staff member from start to finish for a family event. Nothing! Everything was exceptional from checkin to check out and the delicious breakfast! Mr Webb and Jonathan checked me in Thursday evening and were so kind and helpful. Mr Webb went above and beyond with exceptional service when I tried to find something specific (cook some soup in the microwave). It was a nice property! I would definitely book again. Everything was great! Very nice room, comfortable bed, and I loved the complementary soaps.
Super amazing would love to see more hotels like this! Everything was great Everything rooms were super clean smelled clean the housekeeping did an amazing job checking in on us! Would 100% recommend it. Breakfast was super yummy and had many options available
Very Good It's hard to get to off the highway The indoor pool was a plus for kids and it was close to UNT for a college visit
