beds are so comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast Missed the buffet breakfast, and all good selections. Breakfast in sack not so good. Only had chocolate muffins, hate those and said no other alternatives. Covid 19 ruined breakfast. We still have buffets at home but have staff serving instead of self serve.

Exceptional The room was wonderfully clean, and if we needed something they were efficient with getting it to us.

It was a last minute stay as we were too tired to drive 3 hours home and it was perfect N/a Very clean nice room and loved the facilities ie., pool and workout room

Great room There wasn't anything I really didn't like. The way things are now, there's nothing you can do about the breakfast options and what not. Big spacious room and comfortable bed

Excellent staff and comfortable bed. Dirty tile flooring. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the King suite which was extremely large. Due to the Wuhan Virus, a brown bag breakfast was issued. A lot of items could be picked up at the front desk. All staff was very professional and friendly. Only issue I seen was how dirty the bathroom floor was when I went to wipe up water, looked clean but definitely wasn't. Tile areas could use a sterile cleaning.
