Good When we were packing to leave a roach crawled out from two of the pillows. Definitely not something we expected to see. All was acceptable, staff was fine, room was a typical hotel room.
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The pool is indoors and the chlorine smell was very strong in the lobby. We checked in on a Thursday (6/20/19) and left on a Sunday morning (6/23/19). Very nice hotel, room nice size, bathroom nice size. Comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. We arrived at 1:15 and check in is at 3:00, but the front desk person was very nice and they had a room ready and let us check in. Will stay there again. Exceptional The staff were not very friendly or concerned about customer service. Although the ladies who prepared our breakfast were wonderful. It all balanced out in the end. Very clean amd very comfortable. The amenities in the room looked new.

Perfect for my needs. Selections of breakfast items could have been better. Not much choice really. Breakfast was in a nice area off the lobby, plenty of room.
