Not in a first floor. On this occasion I was put in first floor room that had an intense smell humidity. The transportation (shuttle)from the airport to the hotel was a nightmare they only had 1 van running and a million people wanting to get on it. Had to get a taxi. Staff friendly and close to the airports
Disappointed AC not working properly and female staff who came to room was rude. Shower head broke and won't stay up at a decent height. Last Wednesday nights stay also had issues with broke shower. Morning staff friendly,, comfortable beds, clean hotel

Exceptional There's nothing to dislike. The staff at reception who checked us were incredible. They had the patience of saints since there were 30 of us checking in. I applaud the exemplary customer service provided by the staff. The rooms were clean, large & the beds super comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again s should I return to Denver.
