Exceptional One drop off at the airport on West side we needed to go to the East side of DIA had 2 people in need of wheelchair assistance so the extra walking with luggage was not what I was expecting Staff and room
Great comfortable clean place to stay Loved everything about the hotel No complaints Staff checking in was very friendly and helpful The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable Breakfast was nice The property was well maintained and clean A very nice place to stay It is awesome they have a 24 hour shuttle running from the airport Especially since my flight arrived late
Good The bathtub had nonslip strips in the bottom so it was very slippery when wet. I plugged in the hair dryer and when I unplugged it, my finger hit the prong and it burnt my finger. So that was very scary. I think the electrical components need to be checked in the whole building. The night desk clerk forgot, after I told him, that we needed the 5:30 am shuttle, but the day clerk was very nice to add us on that shuttle even though our room did not get put on the list.
Close to everything you need for a layover…. Nothing… Nice breakfast.. great staff! Brianna was very very kind.
