Wonderful Pool was not functional.

Functional, slightly depressing, expensive Terrible breakfast, all disposable plates and cutlery, high sugar food, not very nutritious. Dated, basic reception area. Big room, big bed
Great location for zero dark thirty departure from airport Haven’t to pay for parking and my key card never worked on the side doors The front desk staff need a raise. Three customers in front of me were rude and obnoxious but the staff kept they calm and maintained their professionalism throughout the exchanges. I was getting irritated just listening to the customers. One spent what I consider to be an unreasonable amount of time complaining about the pool being closed, another about having to pay for parking.
Pleasant I reserved my room months ago and was told the pool was in service. When it came time to check in, we were not notified the pool would not be in service. It was very hot and the pool would of been relaxing!!
Good except for the pool being closed. When we checked in we saw a sign that the pool was closed for renovations and that should have been noted on the website, or on the email sent to welcome us. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice. We were not able to sample the breakfast because we had a flight to go to early in the morning. Grounds were nice.
It was comfortable and quiet! The pool was closed since January the staff said Clean, quiet, friendly and easy to find. Walking distance to restaurants.

Very good, convenient, and friendly place to stay. The$10/night parking shouldn't be extra for the nights you stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus is super convenient.
