staff was lovely! everyone i spoke to that worked that day exceeded my expectations the bathroom could’ve been better. a new toilet seat cover or painted tub and new shower curtain would’ve sufficed room was clean but bathroom was poor. needs new renovations

It was passable the work out room and the quality of the equipment and the fact that the tread mills were both not working. The beds were not comfortable.

great shuttle service to and from the airport - breakfast ends earlier than most it took about 10 min for the front desk to confirm our room and find our reservation. He asked me a few times if someone else would have checked in earlier. We were happy to finally rest our heads. We had a late flight - arrived early am which was about 3am Michigan time. We were exhausted - comfortable & clean. Shuttle service was great to and from the airport.
