Stay was fine, clean, comfortable and quiet Interior room door handle came off in our hand Disappointed it must close down early on Fridays. Went over at 9:30 and missed it
Good The pillows had some small sharp plastic bits poking through the case. The toilet was not firmly sealed to the floor and would thus back into place in Rm 315. In general, pleasant decor and clean hotel. Staff was polite.
Good Shuttle pickup was confusing We were not directed anywhere that we should be on the red side, not the blue side at DIA. Breakfast was not great. The Eggs were bad and watery. No orange juice was available. Needs some work, you could tell corners were being cut.
