Good Room floors not clean. No info on wifi. Key cards scratched and didn't work well. No guide for tv. Good amenities. Attractive rooms & common areas.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and excellent staff. Needed more trash cans in the king suite room. Employee Andrea went above and beyond. She provided us with some missing items when we checked in (blanket and pillow for sofa bed) and brought up orange juice and yogurt when my husband went hypoglycemic in the night. She was very thoughtful and helpful and made our stay especially enjoyable.

nice the keycards were very inconsistent good size, nice desk, liked the bed
overall it was very good. directions to shuttle at the airport were well explained however the shuttle wasn't running regularly on the night I arrived and was left waiting for transport to the hotel. The service was excellent, the girl on the night shift was super helpful. My room was very nice and very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and tidy.
