we had to extend our stay and they were lovely Nothing really great staff
Good stay One of the doors in the bathroom had some water damage from past guests but not a huge deal. Maybe having a few extra larger towels in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very roomy. Having a fridge and microwave was an added bonus.

Fabulous! Nothing, as I enjoyed my stay and the staff were wonderful! The Shuttle service to and from Airport was Excellent. Breakfast times were very good. Hotel was quiet and accessible to public transportation from Airport to downtown Denver. Will stay again soon.

Exceptional customer service and comfortable overnight stay Please consider modernizing the elevator. Flight got cancelled which is the reason for the overnight stay. The staff was exceptional; service was warm and inviting diminishing the stressors of the flight cancellation. For an older inn, I was impressed with the room accommodations (i.e., microwave, fridge, tv, WiFi, comfortable bed, iron and ironing board, etc.) and cleanliness of the room.
Good The Lobby has a horrible sewer-liked stench. I asked about it as soon as we got there and they told us the smell was coming from outside and there was nothing they could do about it. To make matters worse, the breakfast area is right there in the lobby. Also, the Breakfast was very limited. There were no fruits, pancakes, or juices. There were packets of oatmeal but no bowls. Not to mention that we sat for about 1.5 hours at the airport waiting for the shuttle b/c we were waiting for the "La Quinta" suttle, but it turns... read more
