Worked out very well for us and our family! Spa could use some chemicals! Had hoped for a soak in your hot tub...but it was really full of a lot of foam that was kind of gross...but other than that all was great. Thankful for airport shuttle!

High expectations that were not fulfilled. Water was not hot for a shower -- even at max hot. TV kept resetting itself every 30mins or so and I had to find the channel I was watching each time. For a newer hotel, seems like a lot of building and fit and finish issues -- gaps in the molding, torn wallpaper in the elevator, etc. I had a more favorable impression of the brand before I stayed there. The size of room was nice and the location to the airport. The front desk staff was excellent.
