Good You could have warned ahead of time on the website that the pool was closed ( I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool) and you could specifically state that the breakfast was literally just cereal and milk. I understand you can't have a full on buffet but there are other options that could be given. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel lobby and rooms were clean

Good overall but the people waking me up drove me crazy People all around us we so loud and kept waking us up. Comfortable
Very Good The free breakfast is just packs of cereal bc of covid which is a bit disappointing. The courtyard is really dirty and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Very comfy rooms! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is great if you need to be close to the airport. Also love how pet friendly it is!
Lovely environment, had a weird interaction with housekeeping that negatively effected this review. The free breakfast was really low quality- just 2 cereal options. Most hotels of lesser cost offer muffins, granola bars, juices, fruits- even during Covid they brown bag them for guests. I don't mean to sound picky- but when you're counting on a simple breakfast before a flight, and planned to utilize their advertised breakfast, one bowl of rice chex or plain cheerios isn't sufficient for kiddos or someone who wants something... read more
