After flying a very long time it was was easy to find, easy to check in, room was very nice, breakfa Close to airport. Everything was great.
It was great. The check-in staff was very helpful. The next day we had to be up at 3am for the 4 am shuttle to airport. I got my elderly mother down to the front lobby while I finished packing and getting ready. The gentleman at the desk was so kind to her. Even though breakfast didn't officially start till 5 am......he got her a muffin to nibble on while she waited. He served her right at her table and made her feel comfortable while she waited alone. wish we had more time I requested a room by elevator or 1st floor, as hubby is injured. They graciously honored this request, the room was on 1st floor and also buy the elevator. The problem here was the elevator was noisy. We called to complain, and they offered to move us, but we had a 0300 wake up call, and did not want to hassle with moving. They gave us ear plugs. I think they should not put anyone in that room or fix the noisy elevator Location was awesome, at 330, they they had continental breakfast, which was ok
There is a lot of value for the money. This place had a look of a much more expensive hotel. The shower does not have any place to hang a clean towel within reaching distance. It can be placed on the back of the toilet, but that is a bit of a reach. The tub is concave so with those rounded areas, a bar or handle of some kind would have been good for exiting the shower safely (even if you do not have mobility problems).
