It was ok Getting stuck in the elevator I like the pool I like the orange juice I like how quiet it was
Excellent The TV service ( Dish ) well, was dish..most of our stay we only received one or two channels.. Always a great stay..indoor pool n hot tub..free breakfast, great staff.. thanks
Exceptional The computer was down when we checked in and the front desk attendant took our contact info and credit card number on scratch pad. I was not too keen on the idea of leaving that with him. I could easily read the two person's info on the pad as I looked from the check in desk. It appears that everything went well and the morning clerk assured me that the info was shredded. All was good, it was what I expected and this is good when you travel.

The staff go above and beyond. Computer software caused an accidental double booking. Despite getting double booked. The staff was professional and courteous and solved the problem with no issue. Was even comped for my troubles.
