Good I was missing drinking glasses and coffee cups. Room 310 My door, although I knew it was shut, didn’t have that appearance because it wasn’t flush against the jam. Bed was fine. Felt very clean.
Fique longe dos quartos próximos ao compressor!!! Evitar o quarto 507!!! Embora novo e arrumado, ele fica ao lado de um compressor barulhento na escada que não nos deixou dormir. Ao reclamarmos no dia seguinte, a atendente deu a entender que esse é um problema que eles já conhecem há muito tempo... e pelo visto, não parece haver vontade de corrigir... Hotel conveniente, perto do aeroporto de Denver, com transfer gratuito. Ideal para pernoites na existência de voos cedo no dia seguinte. Quartos renovados e espaçosos.
Pleasant I disliked the pillows (feathers) and there was stain on the top comforter. Could have been better vacuumed. Needs a night light so as not to interrupt my partner. Breakfast was as expected- very good. I liked the floor and the bathroom doors. Bathroom was clean. Remote control and alarm clock was clean.
Exceptional No one else ad there Updated rooms and very clean. Comfy beds too! Also, there was a big snow storm going on and the staff handled the situation quite well. Especially nice to have some breakfast ready at 4:15am!!!
Exceptional Nothing My family and I have stayed here many times over the past 12 years on our arrival into Denver as first stop on our way to Colorado’s ski resorts. The last time was 4 years ago and the property was badly managed and frankly we thought we would never stay again. I heard it had been updated so we gave it another try and it has been a great stay. Rooms have been updated, great management, better breakfast and we couldn’t be happier. Well done La Quinta
