Exceptional The rooms were far better than we expected. Very clean and modern.
Pleasant My room keys did not work to let me into the building from the back or side doors by where I parked so I had to go get that fixed. Then, the door to my room would not open although the green light was showing. I had to rattle and shake the door knob up and down and back and forth and then shove the door to get into the room. Also, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was upsetting because it stated that it was a smoke-free hotel. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good!
