Comfortable hotel, with easy access to airport. The room temperature did not seem to respond to the thermostat. The room was warm, but turning down the temp didn't cool it much. The remodeling is good, with tasteful colors and patterns. The bathroom was very nice.
Pleasantly surprised! When booked online, it said the room I selected had mountain views and it didn't. Still had a nice view of their courtyard. The lobby was nice but had a terrible smell due to the remodeling (I hope) and I wish their elevators were remodeled bc they had a foul smell and the one closest to the right back side door was just plain scary! I didn't see anything posted in the elevator when they were last serviced...I used the stairs the rest of my stay! Room was just remodeled and enjoyed the layout of the roo... read more

No Hot Water is not a small problem when traveling! No hot water! Was comped the room rate when I spoke with the desk manager but still a real bummer for a long distance traveler. Apparently there was no hot water throughout the building. Perhaps telling u this before we checked in?? Crumbs, debris on carpets in lobby areas for the whole 24 hrs. I was there. I am going back on my return trip so we shall see.... Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, grounds were beautiful.

Overall decent place to stay. First room had an overhead leak in the bathroom. Moved to another room. The bed was even too soft for me and I didn't think that was possible!! Friendly helpful staff.
