Good When one chooses the park and stay option on booking it does not register it at the hotel. One can only choose that option on there site. So the price changes dramatically once you get to the hotel

LaQ is always clean and welcoming with the basic necessities covered. The egg patties at breakfast tasted "fake." The sausage had been exposed to air (?) on the edges and was difficult to chew and very, very greasy. There was no water available at breakfast. Wonderful, supportive but soft bedding. Efficient, easy to use heating system; good shuttle service to/from airport.
Good over all stay. Tube could have been cleaner. Elevator seemed a little sketchy

An okay place to stay for a night. Could easily be great with a little attention to detail. Breakfast was just "ok". Batter for the waffles was very watery. Tables in the breakfast area didn't get cleaned at all during the 5am-9am hours. The food area cleanliness was barley maintained. The renovation should have included new doors to the guest rooms and not just a new coat of paint. You could nearly see into our room the door fit so poorly. We used the stairs instead of the elevators....not sure the last time those stair wel... read more
