Pleasant the hallways really smell. I had to sleep with the window open all night to air out the stink. My Mom thought it smelled like natural gas, I thought it smelled like sewage. The room was only slightly less smelly than the hallways.
Staff great...facilities suck. The facilities smelled horrible and for early travelers no breakfast of any kind was provided. Not even grab and go type of items such as granola bars and bananas. The rate for our room was extremly too high. The staff was super friendly.

Okay 5th floor had a pipe break and smelled like sewage the night we arrived. I know you can't control this type thing, but it wasn't a pleasant odor. Just bad timing I guess. My wife spoke to the desk clerk, who explained the situation politely.....but it stank to high heaven. Nice hotel
Good value close to Denver airport. The was an odd chemical smell in the hallway on our floor. There was only one staff member on duty at 5:00 AM when we arrived in the lobby for a quick bite to eat before leaving for the airport. The woman was doing her best to get breakfast laid out, but kept getting interrupted to wait on customers at the check-in/out desk. We waiting until 5:30, but had to leave. Terrible airport shuttle; good manager Airport shuttle never showed up. We waited over an hour. Finally we split a cab with another waiting guest. Both of us had called the hotel about it. Manager quickly gave credit to us to compensate for a problem with the shuttle bus
