Ok not great. It was better than sleeping on the floor of the terminal. The room door would not open and when we went back down to the lobby they told us the door needed to be jiggled to open. The room number was torn off the wall and we had to guess what room was ours. There was one small bottle of shampoo available for two people. No conditioner or lotion. Staff were friendly and gave us tooth brushes when our flight was cancelled and we didn’t have access to our checked bags.
The sofa bed in the suite was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.
I am not happy at all. You have to pay for parking $10 a night. And one of the staff was really rude to me. I was asking nicely for a towel and tissue paper, and she was rude to me because she elevated her voice towards me and that is not nice for a staff member to say to their customers. She told me WHAT DO YOU NEED with her hands up in the air. I only like the location and breakfast.
Fair noise from other rooms, heater/air. no slip pad or grab bars in shower, having to pay for parking is ridiculous, only one comfortable chair in room. clean and sufficient
Fair They never change the shits in the bed or clean the 4 days we was there. Location
Bad See above! The damn fire alarm went off at 12:30! We both are 82 and needed some assistance but no one thought to help us out! Also we asked for some compensation but were denied! We will never stay there again!
Nice room but overcharged I was double-charged for my room and I'm still trying to get my money back. Am going to email them AGAIN today. Hotel was nice, staff were generally good.
Pick anywhere else to stay Almost everything. Trying to turn on the shower in our room felt like we were going to snap the handle off. When we had maintenance come look, he was pretty rude to my wife about it. Shower leaked all over the place and there was clear water damage in the bathroom from this, meaning this had been going on for a while. Room smelled musty because of this. Door card readers did not work on any outside door, and barely worked in our room (took several attempts to get in). Beds were not comfortable at a... read more
