Bad Pillows had odor of feces, toilet paper had been saturated then placed on roller, the pool was closed a fact that was unknown to us when we booked in April 2023!! Poor direction from main lobby to elevator, had to listen for a beep! Outer side doors would not open with room key, had to walk way around to front each time we returned. Female employee at front desk arranging shuttle was very rude!! Okay Pool out of service and the desk messed up our room booking. Also hotel smelled musty. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

Bad The pool (which was the main reason for our trip) was closed due to maintenance., but there was no notice about it on Booking.com, nor was there a warning in any correspondence from the property. I booked two rooms, one for my husband, 20 year old son, 11 year old son and I, and another for my other son, his wife, and my grandchildren nearly a month in advance. was overall ok, my room was next to the laundry room so it was kind of loud I could hear the workers talking. the pool was under Renovations so we didn’t get to use the pool, the pool was why I chose the place my son wanted to go swimming it was over all good
Thank goodness this was only for one night. Otherwise we would have just gone somewhere else. Rooms were not clean, trash in trashcans, cleaning supplies in room. Pool is not open and will be closed for weeks.
