Horrible Everything Nothing
Bad stay Staff was rude. Threatened to kick us out because we asked for towels due to housekeeping not giving us any. Nothing
Without a working shower was difficult Our shower didn’t work and maintenance didn’t fix it until we checked out. Location, comfortable bed.
Good Hotel with some WiFi issue and difficult to connect work Laptop Normally I don’t post negative review but this was first incident where Front desk lady Briana had some attitude. I told her that she is in hospitality industry and should stay away from this attitude. Hotel is providing open internet connection. Many of work laptop does not work on this open WiFi. The Wi-Fi didn't work at All!! The dish network was absolutely carp, the television would reset itse The shuttle driver was a very nice guy!!! The Wi-Fi in the room didn't work at All!! I called down too the front desk and the young lady told me too come down and she would show me how!! LOL The dish network was absolutely crap, the television would reset itself every 5 to 10mins. Lousy. keys didnt work multiple times. floor was dirty. Sink didn't drain well. Shower didn't not drain and i took a shower in 3 inches of backed up water. my parents didn't shower because of this. not enough towels in the room. mold around bathtub. hot water heater too dirty to use. one young man at front desk kind. the woman i complained to was not interested and never apologized and was not friendly. never staying at a La Quinta again.
