It was very bad. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Their names were Bri and Dria
Disappointing La limpieza Nada
Not great Elevator was soooo slow, room keys stopped working every day and had to get new ones, the doors to outside didn’t open with our keys, Breakfast had little to no fruit, no eggs…not much of a selection. One of the front desk agents was rude. One day we had to come down 4 times to tell her our keys were not working. She never said sorry that is happening. She acted like we were a bother to her. Strong smell of weed in the elevator and halls. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay there again Personally the mattress was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t sufficient lighting in the bathroom, we asked about it cause a light was out and was told there was nothing they could do. There were holes in the walls of the bathroom. It was close to the airport and the staff was friendly
Necessary for overnight stay for flight, will not return. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and kept asking if it was time for them to get off shift yet while we were checking in. Location
