Great staff, bad beds The first room had a commode seat that slid all around and a tub drain that didn't work and a lumpy bed and this was a newly decorated room. Commode seats were cheap plastic with plastic fittings and they are going to be breaking often. I've had that kind before. Beds are way too soft and lumpy. After you lay there and hour or 2 there is a hole where you are laying. I was able to roll from one side of the bed to the other every hr. but didn't get much sleep doing that. Stayed one night easily found easy parking. Breakfast was poor below standard should have been more range of food and proper orange juice, it was sweet re constituted water cordial. Real squeezed juice even out of cartons would be appreciated. Easy to find, easy parking , due to some renewal works entry and front office are via a side door but ok.

Tough not to judge... My room had been under some type of re-construction, and was partially finished. But they still rented it out Location for my business
Exceptional Hallways were shabby however the hotel is being renovated Rooms on the 3rd floor were new & very clean
We were there on a bad week They had a water leak near the room I was assigned, there were loud fans blowing in the hall outside my room. The fire alarm went off twice in one night. We evacuated once, but got no explanation of cause. The location was convenient for my needs.
Excellent Renovation makes for dust and messy floors. Elevator was scary. Limited breakfast. Great location Nice staff. Undergoing renovations. My room was one already redone. Beautiful
my stay the elevator looks old ,but i think it is in renovation that is why. the bedroom was clean and beautiful. i liked the bathroom too .
