Basic amenities and facilities doesn't work, however they switched the room for me later Elevator is bad, toilet commode doesn't flush water, wash basin doesn't flush water Room is okay

Don't waste your time or money here Next day the room was never cleaned so we requested the second day for it to be cleaned. Finally someone came and made the beds never vacuumed, replaced towels or emptied trash. Finally, I had to take the trash out myself and find a dumpster. The first night we were kept awake all night by hammering and pounding above us. The next morning staff told us the carpets were all being replaced. I was just out of surgery found this very difficult.

Fair My first nights stay, around 7:30pm I noticed the wall heater or thermostat was not working. I went to the front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do about it until morning. I asked what if I get cold, and the employee stated there was nothing he could do, that the maintenance crew did not come in until the next day. The next morning, before I left at 11am, I had to remind the staff that I was still waiting for the heater to be fixed. It was by 5pm when I returned to my room.
Nice but cold Our heater was broken reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance guy would come look at it and guess what he never did. Granted it wasn't to cold but arriving to our room with the A/C blasting definitely left the room chilly. Advice make sure everything works, weather or not.
Good More pillows
Exceptional We liked the central location as were visiting family in Boulder and it was a short distance to see them.
