The WORST EVER!!! The customer service, the ladies at the check in counter!!! And the management, was the WORST I EVER SAW AND EXPERIENCED!!!!! I had leave a very important meeting! That almost cost me the loss of a property and house purchase!!! Just because the management! And staff! LIED to me!!!!! And put me on HOLD!!! For about an hour!!! Disappointing During our six-day stay, they never cleaned the room. They never collected trash, made beds, or cleaned bathrooms. When I asked at the front desk, the response was: "If you need toilet paper, come and ask" (which is very bad). The breakfast is VERY average; the eggs taste like sand. It's pretty average. The room is comfortable, the beds are fine.
I wouldn't stay in this facility again until major improvements are made. Breakfast was terrible. Same thing day after day. I heard many other guests make the same complaint. The facility ran out of tea. I was told it was on order. The manager should have gone to a local store and purchased some. The lids on the cups were ill-fitting. Since my room didn't have a clock radio, I overslept a couple of days. When I complained to the manager, she said they were on order but didn't know when they'd arrive.
