Exceptional The location is just amazing. You can take some bike of the hotel and go to the ruins within 10min. The rooms are really really nice. Not luxurious but chic and cozy.
Ho Hum Hotel We were out of the room by 9:00a our second day but no one cleaned our room. Staff was not overly friendly. Vending not available on our floor. Could smell cigar smoke from the pool area, then realized the window had been left open. Only half of a four-slot toaster worked for breakfast. Good location, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Reasonably clean.

Good room for road trip. Hallways need updating and looked shabby. Evening desk clerk excellent. Day desk clerk gave us incorrect info Large rooms are nice. Breakfast could have been better, but ok. Bed comfortable.
Needs an Upgrade The property is old and needs a facelift.The pool area is small so more than a few people make it hard to enjoy, the hall to my 3rd floor room was dirty as well as the elevator and stairs. The room was okay, but could be greatly improved. I couldn't open the window for fresh air, the carpet was old, the furniture outdated and someone came only once during my 4-night stay. The coffee was from a machine and not great along with the breakfast offering. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
the Good, the bad, the hacking coughers. Too many barking dogs in rooms and very noisy people in the rear parking area with loud conversations late at night, don't like having to call in on people having a "good time" but some don't have courtesy. The location, set back, generally nice layout, nearby stores/restaurants. Staff was very easy to work with and helpful with all the needs I required assistance with.
