For a non-smoking property, the entire 4th floor smelled like weed. The stairwell also smelled like urine. Common areas were decent and mainly clean. I shouldn't expect much given it was the cheapest option in the area. But we were forced to do the stairs a few times because the elevator didn't work every time. The room wasn't too bad, but could use some minor maintenance. We visit Denver several times a year and will not stay here again. I'll spend a few more dollars for something cleaner, less smelly, less pot stank.

The front desk worker was amazing and so helpful and sweet
Unit was a bit ran down however it was still nicer looking than other apartments in the area. Someone kept knocking on my door at night so beware of that happening
