The front desk man was helpful and nice. I didn't like the beeping from the low battery fire alarm in the hallway though.

The setup of the property was nice. Good parking. Nice set up but no daily cleaning g due to covid and we were there 6 nights. I would than expected excellent cleaning in between guests and all the common Areas. I did see someone cleaning common areas but they needed more. My coffee had grounds in it every morning. The only non carb option for breakfast was hard boiled eggs. No yogurt no fruit. It was cheap but not very nice. This was my first and last time using Expedia. I was VERY disappointed.

Room was not clean. It had not been vacuumed in a while. Found a previous occupant’s dirty sock and a woman’s acrylic fingernail. It snowed the day before and the sidewalks were not cleared—a potentially dangerous situation for visitors. Fire alarms went off at 4 am. Seems this hotel is seriously understaffed!

The lobby was beautiful however there were cleaning carts lining the hall at 8pm. Also, the sheets did not fit the bed exposing the mattress. The breakfast was missing all juice and plates. No deal breakers but not what was expected.

First of all I love the suites with the jacuzzi tubs are the best everything was great except for both TVs and both phones in the room didn't work also one of the main elevators was broke and there was no accessible re-entry from the side stair. When your rooms you right next to the stairs it is a little bit of a downer having to walk all the way to the front of the building to get back in but definitely not a big deal. Overall nice rooms and good breakfast

Elevator did not work, homeless sleeping in the hallway stairwell outside our room. No WiFi for guest, tv Chanel’s kept freezing, no clock in our room and the constant smell of marijuana coming through the exhaust vents in our room and throughout the whole hotel. Staff was not welcoming or seemed professional.
