Good Overall, I had a nice stay. The staff was friendly; room was clean and ready. The hotel is going to look great for future guests after the renovations, which were underway during my stay, finish.
Not the worst. But not the best La Quinta stay we've had No shower pressure. No waffles as advertised. Lobby/breakfast area was kind of jenky!! Beds were very uncomfortable Price
If I went to another concert, I would find a hotel closer, within walking distance. The hotel was undergoing construction. Our room was nice but the bathroom doors were not hung right, the assist bar in the shower stall wasn't secured to the wall, and there was a dead pigeon outside our door in the courtyard, which was also under construction. This was a dog friendly hotel but at 3 am someone put their dog outside unattended and it started barking. Not hotels fault but had to call the front desk about it. We were going to a ... read more
Ok. The construction was horrible. Lobby was not set up and the elevator near our room was closed all weekend because of it. When I asked about another room closer to the working elevator I was dismissed and told the one by our room would be working the next day. It was not. The newly renovated rooms were very nice

Good value. Met my expectations. Breakfast sucked. The coffee was almost drinkable.. Pastries were prepackaged. But it met my expectations. There's a Starbucks 200 yards up the road. And an IHOP across the parking lot, if you prefer. The hotel is mid-renovation, but my room was very nice. In fact, I helped a friend check into the Hyatt Regency, and this room was nicer. (The Hyatt had a much nicer lobby). It met my expectations.
