Very nice location with amiable staff. The wifi was out so I could not use my Netflix account to catch up on my favorite TV shows, but that was a not a major deal breaker. I was not a fan of pets running around, either but it wasn't a major issue. It was a very nice and quiet location with a comfortable bed, linens and a very clean bathroom. Great staff, great location, great rooms! The layout of the rooms and halls was confusing and frustratingly har to orient oneself. The staff were so helpful and kind! They were friendly, compassionate on our not-so-ideal trip, and did I mention helpful?
Arrived at 3 pm &stayed over night We travel w/ a small mini dox & appreciate the free pet policy Breakfast was somewhat meager. Also, we had requested a room with2 beds and disability access and on the courtyard side, close to the lobby I even called the hotel to see if they were available and was told they had plenty. When we arrived, they had only a 1 bed King with disability access. The room was very nice and clean but the door to the courtyard was nearly impossible to open.
