Worst place to stay in Chicago Everything, starting with the unfriendly hostess, filthy rooms, awful interiors, and a terrible location right next to a construction site. Filthy dump in the middle of nowhere. I have no idea how much they paid for those good reviews, but no one in their right mind would say a single nice word about this place. We stayed in many hotels on our way from Los Angeles to Philadelphia, but this one is by far the worst of them all. An absolute bottom-of-the-barrel place to stay.

Look elsewhere I fell for the good reviews which I don't know how this place has so many. This place is a hole and falling apart. From the get go I had to get a change rooms because the key card wouldn't work on the first one. Everything in my room was either stained or ripped. The A/C was very old and it barely cooled the room. 2 out of the 3 towels were stained and the third one had a hair tangled on it. Disgusting. Over all it was disappointing. We had to change rooms at midnight due to a bad ice machine next to our room. The new room we received was next to the highway with all its associated noise. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was outstanding.

Just visiting Housekeeping did not come into the room once during the five day stay. Breakfast was good.

Poteva essere meglio. La camera non era per niente insonorizzata. Essendo una catena di hotel mi aspettavo una colazione più ricca. Camera grande e comoda.

The bed was really uncomfortable to sleep as well as the pillow, there was still plastic in it! The pillow was so small, there is still plastic inside and soft. Very uncomfortable to sleep!
