Got through it because we had the reservation. Repairs to the hotel room were not done by professionals. The water took a long time to get warm. The bed cover was dirty upon arrival. The staff in the morning during breakfast was rude. The staff cleaning the pool was kicking and slamming things around. Bugs in the bathroom. Quiet location. The front desk staff were friendly.

Disappointing
Disappointed The first floor smells , heavy, like animal urine. Everything was dingy. The bathtub wasn’t very clean lots of dust and old unkept. There was an extremely long, wait checking in. The front desk seem to be shortstaffed. The front desk staff was overworked appeared frustrated.
Very Poor The elevator's quit and we had to walk our stuff all the way from the fourth level.All the way down when we were leaving.We never received our deposit back.

Just get another hotel Did not like a single thing Next to major highway, all night you will hear truck notices , smokes inside the hotel corridor and lift , Helpdesk is useless
Will stay again This room we got put in had too much noise on the other side of the wall so we heard noises all night and morning long. We have stayed at this property and we do enjoy it. It’s in a decent location. The hotel itself is comfortable. Staff is always very welcoming

poor quality for such a high price Breakfast lacked a variety of products, the air conditioning didn't cool well and the hotel is a bit neglected. It needs maintenance in several areas. I hope the garden and pool are Location
