Bad Pillows and sheets and mattress had stains on them. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Dirt scum on the shower walls. Towel we so dirty!!!

Very Poor Our door was always stuck like someone has broken into it. And they didn’t fix it. Our room was right next to elevator room and it was soooooo loud not happy about than

I won’t be back after this experience. A reservation was made for a specific request and staff at front desk just said t Location noisy, reserved a handicapped room and it was given out to someone else. Gave me a handicapped room that was an insult to anyone with a disability. Shower was old bathtub, toilet was for kindergarten kids - so low. Hotel provided shower chair as a solution to access tub . A complete joke Bed was comfortable

Fair Our room windows faced West & I heard the traffic all night like long. Did not sleep very well. Breakfast was great. Great variety. It is always nice to have the oatmeal made a head of time, then we hist need to add the toppings. Beds were comfy
