TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH 3 star will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL The fact it smelled Like cigarettes sheets and comforter filthy dirty hair!! Got another room a/c didn’t work mold on shower curtían NOT 3 star breakfast muffins hard as a rock. Access to I25

Worst experience at a La Quinta by Wyndham location Apparently cleanliness and comfort are not a priority at this location. When I arrived at the front desk, I was met with a receptionist who was not welcoming at all. She had headphones in her ears the entire check-in process. Finally, when I was checked in, she did not give any direction as to where our room was or any information about wifi or the check-out process. Ouch! I went there in back and neck pain hoping to get a good night rest and the bed was terrible. I was sleeping in a hole! Two hours is all it took to accelerate my pain level to where I was forced to leave my room as not to wake my wife and spent the remainder of my stay outside. Thank you for breakfast especially the coffee it was certainly necessary.

Not what we expect from a La Quinta. We chose it because we had great experiences before. Dissapoint I didn't like that we were there for four nights and not once did anybody ever come to our Room to even take the trash out or check if we needed toiletries. when you get in your room there is a note stating that your room will be done every other day because they wanted to be environmentally friendly. I get that, but being there four days and not once did anyone check our room was unaccepable. I liked the location
