I'm not sure where the previous reviewers stayed but we stayed at la quinta tech centre and it was wonderful. The room was large with external door to gardens and pool and internal door to lobby. Our room we felt brand new with lovely amenities, lots of power points and USB outlets including in the microwave front panel. The cleanliness was perfect, the bed and pillows heavenly. OMG, What a treat after the Hell Hole my son, grandson, granddaughter and I had to stay in at Crosslands on Leesfield. The night clerk was very friendly and the room was spectacular. We even got to have a continental breakfast in the morning.
The front staff were nice. The hotel is in the middle of a much needed remodel. The elevators are way in the back of the hotel, so it wasn't fun lugging my belongings to my room after a long day of moving. The room 'may' have already been remodeled, but the door was extremely difficult to close and the deadbolt wasnt alligned, so was useless. The tv remote didn't work, so I had to manually work the tv. Great stay clean rooms friendly staff. Keep up the great job
I really really liked this hotel! However we were unable to use the pool because the accessible lift didn't work. When I brought it the desk clerks attention he said " I don't mess with, I just work here". Overall I felt the hotel was great!
Our room was clean and big. The beds were the most comfortable beds that we slept on after 12 days of travel. My only complaint was that we checked in around 8.30 PM, and the desk clerk was less than friendly or helpful.
