Worth the money A 2 star (according to their website) that successfully strive to be 3 star. Room was clean (but the elevator could use a daily vacuuming ). Standard American chain breakfast, that was efficiently reines by one lady. Reception team were very helpful but the « manager « is totally full of herself - really should go under some hospitality training.

I am definitely not trying to be full of myself, and I am very sorry that I came across that way. I do not remember us having any interaction but it was a very busy day due to all of the shuttle and the distressed passengers that we had, as well as a flood in the hotel from a busted pipe due to the freeze. I am very glad that you enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel, I hope you have a great day!
Best staff and nice place to stay I cant really complain about anything at all. I really liked the staff here so much so i stayed for almost a month

Great location, great rate and hotel staff very accomodating. The water temperature for the shower was cooler than I would have hoped. I like the breakfast.

As soon as we were told about an issue we turned the temperature up on the water heaters, I know that did not help you during that moment and I apologize for that. We will continue to monitor the temperature of the water heaters.
